Ingredients

  • 1 C frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 C frozen raspberries*
  • 25g protein powder**
  • 1/2 C nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp Redmond real salt
  • 1/3 C 100% orange juice
  • 1/2 C lite coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
